Cream together:
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
Add:
5-6 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp hot water
Add cocoa to taste

That's it! just mix it all together and you're done! I got this delicious icing from my mother, and I love it :) I don't know what it's like without the cocoa in it, but you can try it out if you'd like :) Enjoy.
